I have taken on quite some fights with the schools of my children to make their canteen healthy.
And to get rid of the Cola, chips, fried food, and chocolate bars
Amen. I wish people have a different word than "diet". Lol The first three words of that word spells... America has all these unhealthy items in the foods and feeds the animals all kinds of crap.
It is so sad how everything good is so expensive; however, in order, to have longevity, the price is worth better health.
Another thing, approximately 90% of the people eat unhealthy to cover the any tragedy/(ies) they have experienced in their life. Plant-based foods is very important in our daily living.
Educating is the key. Love your site of the week, especially about health. You are up my alley. Lol.
eating habits affect your health as you age for sure---problem is people eat according to the culture they were raised in and some of those foods are detrimental to your health
