Should I divide my posts into separate reviews?

Hi:

I've been told that I have too many affiliate links in my posts. In my posts I review and link as many as 10 products. Should I just make each one of those reviews i

How long are your posts? There should be no problem reviewing 10 products, but you need to write enough about each one so that your content isn't affiliate link heavy.

For example, in a 1000 word post, 10 links is too much. In a 3000-4000 word post, 10 links will be viewed by the search engines much more favorably.

You can write a review for each one individually. But you'll run into the same problem if each review is short and doesn't have a lot of quality content.

Just my 2 cents!

I would like to thank everyone who responded to my most recent blog post entitled "Frustrated." You all were so helpful and had such great advice - I really appreciate it!

From what I remember when I looked at your site, it wasn't so much the number of products you had in a post, but that you had three different links to the same product. This is why you have far too many links. You only need one link for each product.

Thanks Diane!

Hey Chris,

There is no "set in cement" number of words to please Google, BUT a post MUST offer the reader with informative information that includes as much detail as possible. Those are the posts Google likes to share with their customers (searchers) so that they won't need to keep searching and searching.

What I found helpful for me was to describe a problem that I experienced and how I solved that problem. This way, I can offer ONE Amazon product on that blog post.

The other tidbit I learned a long time ago was to not offer more than 3 affiliate links per 1000 words, and to make sure the first affiliate link appears below the fold. Hope you find this helpful.

Hi Triblu:

Very helpful advice - thanks!

Hi Chris

Did you mean this to be a WA blog or for it to go to Kyle as you have started Hi Kyle. If you want to contact Kyle you need to message him directly.

With regards to your website I have tried to click on the link and it has come up with cannot reach this page on Microsoft edge browser and refused to connect on google chrome. This technical problem is obviously affecting your analytics results.

Hope this helps

Hi Chris, I also am not able to connect to your site www.poocharama.com. Did you do some editing and removed it from Published status?

Please check to see if it is actually published and live.

Thanks.

I don't know what's going on. I'll have to look into it. Thanks for your message .

might be worth adding this to your google tools - you may see some more visitors.
you have chosen a wide niche - it might be worth concentrating in one area and seeing if you an gain any traction in that area before moving on to the next one.
good luck Chris
