Getting Back On Track!
Ok here goes.....
I joined WA around 4 weeks ago now and the first couple of weeks i was full steam ahead. Then it was a friends birthday meal then another friends wedding followed by a trip to Rome last weekend which have all been great but now i feel as i have to start right over again from the beginning. As I am supposed to be committing myself to WA as my full time employment i feel disappointed with myself........
I am planning on Monday to get back to it again and hope it doesn't take me to long to refresh what I had already learnt.
Also at this rate I won't earn a penny till 2025!
Has anyone else been in this situation?
Any advice would be great..........
Thanks all :)

Yes, just allow yourself some sufficient downtime and don't be too hard on yourself, we're still here to help you when needed.
Totally agree! And it is great to know help is there when we need it.Especially the way I felt yesterday.
But hey today is another day :)
Thanks
Carla
Don't hesitate to keep going back to the lessons that seemed difficult. Just go step by step and you will move ahead. It does seem to take a long time, but at some point, suddenly it will make sense and take off.
Will do.......Im sure it will all come flooding back easily.Fingers crossed.
Thanks a lot

Beating yourself up is not going to help you move forward. In a way I am a professional re-starter, so I've been in that place a lot.
You can not get the time back but you can move into the future with confidence and commitment.
I would suggest you spend the first couple hours refocusing on what your goals are. Review what you have learned. Review your notes from the lessons.(You did make notes didn't you?).
Redo any lessons that are confusing and start on the new ones.
Although I had to restart many things in my life I always complete the things that are important to me.
This sounds like it is important to you. You can do this. Keep us informed of your progress.

Hi Percy
I totally agree with what you are saying 100%
The thing is with me is that i have always give my whole in everything I ever do so this is why I am feeling more disheartened that I've let it slip so easily if that makes sense.
But having read everyones comments I feel better for it already.
Thanks so much
will keep you posted

Hello! You've been quite busy...and for fabulous reasons, so it's understandable that WA has taken a back seat. Don't beat yourself up. Create 3-5 manageable goals to accomplish in the next few days. Like getting to lesson 5 in certification or bootcamp for example. Or, having your niche, domain and site framework (and maybe one piece of content) done by Monday.
After you complete those goals, create a few more and keep going. By this time next week, you can be back on track!
Let us know how it goes :)
Hi Remy
Thats some great advice.
Im going to do just that over the weekend
Why wait until Monday............
Will keep you updated
Once again Thanks
Carla
LOL, great! The weekend is good for catching up. Just keep your expectations in check so if you don't get it all done you're ok.

Hi Carla, hope you are getting back on track since this post :-) We have all been where you were I suspect, I certainly have been a few times. It can all seem so hard at times to find the time to commit fully so we really have to be kind to ourselves and not beat ourselves up when that happens. It will pass.
Best wishes, Gordon
Thanks Gordon, and yes full steam ahead with things and really enjoying it at the moment and seeing some results which is the main thing.
Its just very easy to get distracted when working from home but I
think I am adjusting to it a little bit more now and no that I have to be more committed.
All the best to you too.
