What should I focus on more?

So I was asked this question....

Im split between working regulary learning/ developing new skills and working on starting up my own projects/ business. What should I focus more on?
Here was my answer... Wondering what the commusity thinks on this topic?

My thoughts on why you are asking this is because you are spending a lot of time learning/ developing and feel this is playing against making progress with your projects.

I was in a similar position for years - addicted to learning more strategies however the key to success and progress is implementation.

In hindsight I was in a “learning loop”

I spent years learning strategies and developing skills however rarely put into action within my campaigns and projects as when I finished learning one strategy I would move on the the next.

You do not need to know everything - You just need to know the next step

If I could go back my number #1 focus would be on REVENUE

And making Daily Progress on my project

What tasks or skills/ tasks do I need to know/ complete to start to produce revenue with my project?

Then commit to daily progress - With a priority toward these tasks.

Taking even the smallest step forward with your project daily ads up over time.

You will begin to make progress with your project and will force you to learn the Next Step.

So to wrap up - How I would attack this

My focus would be on Revenue

My commitment would be making Daily Progress

And my learning should be on the Next Step
