One fast way to get your site indexed is to create a Youtube video around your keyword and put a link to your site in the description.

I'm not sure how far along in your training you are but it usually takes about 7-14 days for your site to initially get indexed on Google (sometimes faster). Kyle goes over how to get yourself set up for SEO here:

As you start adding more content as well as get visitor engagement the process should start to speed up. Hope this helps.
