Shark will always give an anti feeling. I think Dolphin is better.

I don't know the significance of the shark and what message you're trying to send. I don't think the missing part of the C would match a shark's bite. I would think it would be more of semicircle.

Not sure about the shark CJ, over here in the UK a shark is someone who rips other people off. It would put me off trusting you for sure if I didn't already know you.
I agree with the dolphin suggestion, they have a reputation for being intelligent and helpful, sharks have a reputation for ripping limbs off!

i think that a dolphin would be a better choice, as a shark is rather aggressive creature.

I think it`s great only i`d put a dolphin instead of a shark
