I have Metabolic Syndrome, and thyroid disorder, and am post middle aged. I started thyroid-help (dot) us a few years ago, and discovered there are many more experienced folks who have much better organizational skills than I do but I'm still learning too. See:

Niche, niche who has the niche. We look everywhere but where is the niche. In Our Hearts. I didn't have a heart for years. But now at WA my heart has been opened. "Time is not short, Only life is.

That's good to hear. You really are making progress! Like many of us, you don't need to search any more and can now concentrate on learning and building your online business.
