Click on your picture on the dashboard. Then got to accounts. Then click on the middle tab called membership. In the next window, if you scroll down a bit you will see the tab to cancel your membership. I am sorry to hear about your father's health. It is wonderful of you to put some things in your life on hold for his concern.

Hi Cindy, I'm very sorry for your loss. This must be a hard time and understandably your focus is elsewhere.
Unfortunately I am not sure if refunds are possible, but going forward you may want to downgrade until you are ready to move forward again in the future.
This can be done in profile>settings>membership. I hope this helps and wish you all the best.

Cindy can go to her left column on her page and down at the bottom of the column she will see her HELP CENTER, or up at the top of her page to the right where the envelope with an X is... She should put in a REQUEST TICKET there for a refund. I suspect it will go well. Just wait to hear from them, or check her account for same.
