First Full Month at Premium

Celebratory Drinks Anyone?

It was only yesterday that I posted in Live Chat, that someone started following me, who also read my First Blog Post and left a comment. I hadn't looked at that post since writing it about one month ago, and then today, my WA Premium Membership renewal went through. So I can now say that I have been here for a whole month, and a whole premium month at that as well :-)

If we weren't on lockdown, and if we all worked in the same building, I'd say "the drinks are on me!"

It actually honestly feels like a lifetime though, everyone is so friendly and welcoming here at WA, that I don't know how I never knew about this place before one month ago. I have made some amazing friendships with other members here, that it just goes to show, that it isn't just all hype and talk about being a friendly community. I can honestly say this first hand. You are not alone when you join WA, you have the two core training courses to get stuck in to, as well as all of the other numerous training lessons from other members. Not to mention the question feature and the Live Chat.

If you have never jumped in to Live Chat, I would highly recommend it. This is where, I would say, I have built the best relationships with other members. These conversations have also filtered off in to PM's and even Audio calls, to carry the conversations on. I never once thought, when I signed up to WA, that I would be this involved within the community. But my hat goes off to everyone here who helps or attempts to help other members. It really is a Pay it Forward community, and we all have the founders, Kyle & Carson, to thank for that :-)

When I joined, I wasn't overly concerned about the rankings here, I actually mentioned something about it in my First Blog Post. My main focus was to learn from the training and to follow it Step by Step, to see how the formula and process here works, compared to my past experiences. I'm already experienced in web hosting, design, WordPress, Plugins, SEO, Social Media and Marketing etc. But what I find facinating here, is the logical method in the way that all of the pieces are pulled together.
It really does not matter what skill level you are, because if you don't understand a particular lesson or task, you can search the vast amount of Ad-Hoc Training Lessons, from other members, who really help you understand it. And if, for whatever reason, you can't find what you are looking for, you can post a Question, and the amazing community jump straight in to answer it for you :-)
Over these last few weeks, I have found myself answering other members questions, both through the Question feature, but also within Live Chat. By the way, if you see me in Live Chat, be sure to say "Hi", I know a lot of you do already, but I'm always happy to get to know more of you :-)

So then, what's this got to do with rank?

Well, as mentioned, I wasn't overly concerned about rank, and in my first blog post, I happened to make an observation, that I was particularly impressed by one member in particular, who managed to get in to the Top 200 within 2 Months of being here.

My observation was merely around the fact, that this community isn't only for the veterans that have been here for years, anyone can make it to the top, as it really is a dynamic community to be within. Yes, I know being in the Top 200, Top 100, Top 50 or even being an Ambassador, doesn't dictate the success of an Affilate Marketer, but success, can be measured in more ways than one.

Well, as of today, I'm not actually that far behind. I have just realised that my current rank is 294, which places me in to the Top 300, if only that was a thing haha

The only people I can thank for that, is you guys, and gals, don't want to be sexist :-) As it's down to you liking my answers and comments, that has gotten me this far.

Difficult Time

The whole of the last 4-5 weeks that I have been here, my Mum has been in hospital with COVID-19, as some of you are aware. I'm not going to go in to too much detail, but she is finally out of ICU and is now awake. Still critical and in hospital, with other complications now, but she is still with us :-)

I have used WA, without realising it, as a distraction to the real world events around me. By helping others, by following the training, and just having day to day conversations in Live Chat. Have helped me to stay sane and remain focused on my current goals.

Again, the only people I can thank for that, is all of you wonderful people. And there are a few in particular, who I would call superstars, and they know who they are. Even Kyle has been supportive and helped me through this in Live Chat, even if he doesn't realise it. I'm not going to mention member names, as personal friendships, to me, remain personal.

My Gift to You

As I haven't been here for three months yet, I still can't produce training for you, even though a few of you keep asking me to. So, until that day comes, I will keep answering your questions, as well as frequently dropping in to Live Chat, to see how you're all doing :-)

But I have decided to put a mini blog series together for you all. Not necessarily about affiliate marketing, but it will be business related! I think I have finished the outline of what I would like to bring to you, so all being well, at some point between now and Monday, I will post another Blog containing the topics I'd like to cover. And then on Monday, the actual series will commence. I haven't decided if this will be daily or every other day yet, so I would welcome your feedback on that. As I don't want to bombard you with too many posts, but I also don't want to leave you hanging too much :-)

Now, even though it's a gift, I'll be honest, I do have a small alteriamotive :-) I would also like to turn these in to a video series, that I can then place on to YouTube. So at the end of each post, I'll be asking for your feedback, what you like or don't like about it, any constructive criticism. Along with your findings, have you used/implemented these strategies yourself, are they still relevant in today's climate, and so on. The better your feedback, the better the video series will be :-)

As soon as the videos are completed, I will also provide you with the links. You will be more than welcome to use them yourselves, and I'll even create them in a way, that will allow them to be rebranded, if need be.

So again, the better your feedback, and really do be brutal with me, the better the videos will be, that you'll also be able to use :-)

On that note, I want to thank you again, for welcoming me in to this amazing community, and I hope to be around for many more months and years to come :-)
