Well Chris, since you just got here I would say you are wasting time asking this question. You should be taking advantage of Kyle and Carson's generous off to take 7 day to see what you can learn.
But yes you can remain a Starter member and continue working on your website.
it is good to premium but to my experience i would advice you to digest every training or lesson accordingly.And if it s about any training or help you can use the search bar as Gary said.
You can search for anything in the search bar. There are plenty of blogs, training, tutorials created by WA members that can help you. There are many on WordPress (search using WP) that can be helpful too.
