I am planning on building a website in the health and wellness products niche .What is the best them for a website that I can use .

It was recommended that I use GeneratePress as my first site by an experienced member here until I became familiar with Wordpress, regardless of niche. Then as to consider paid options as I progressed because they offer so much more.

The best free themes are - Oceanwp and Astra
Astra comes with many starter site templates that are built with elementor page builder or you can just start from scratch
Ocean-wp offers more customisation options than any other free theme you will find, It does also have pre-made templates you can use (optional)
If you YouTube these theme names you will find some great info from people such as nayyar shaik and wp crafter who both cover these themes in detail.

When I first started in WA, I used the Hierro theme. I liked the layout and colour combinations of that theme. And it was also popular at the time.

That's like asking someone what's their favorite food. You'll get a different answers from many people. Well, here's mine. It's called Avada Fusion. It is a paid theme. It was hard to learn and to set up, but it was what my client wanted. It ended up being a work of art though.
If you are a beginner on WordPress I would not recommend this theme. There are a lot of features and it took me 6 months to get a handle on most of it. Granted, you dont need to use all of the features but it is a lot to take in.
