Got my website up and running!
Okay, I feel so good about finally getting a real website up and running. Yes, I have a ton of work to do, and I'm behind on my goals, but I'm going to do this thing. Today, when I made the decision to purchase a domain, that meant I am finally in it for the long haul.
I don't know how successful I'm going to be, but I know if I don't do anything, I will still be in the same spot, wondering why I just didn't try.
While headaches might not seem like the most exciting thing on the planet, I've lived with them for over 30 years. I look forward to my site not only making an income but also sharing and networking with others in my situation all over the world.

I'm looking for a migraine cure for a friend who has had them for years like you. She has had all kinds of scans, MRIs, eye exams, etc..
She has heart palpatations and dizziness along with the daily migraines. She is an elderly woman in 70s.
Do you know of anything that might help her?
One thing is, it's important to see if there is any food that is causing them. That is my biggest issue-wheat and gluten. If I stay away from that, I have fewer headaches. The two things that have worked the best for me have been feverfew and lavender oil.
I am not an expert, but I think massage is reputedly helpful for migraine. I just "Googled" "massage for migraine" and there seemed to be a lot of alphabet soup keyword phrases. (Perhaps I have stumbled upon a niche!)

That is just amazing. Hey, I haven't read your site, but my girlfriend and I found out that peppermint oil cures all types within just a few minutes... we put it on our temples then hold a drop on our fingers and hold on the roof of our mouths. I'm going to see if your site's listed to read your ideas, too. CONTRATULATIONS. -Alexx
Thanks-thanks for reminding me-I've used peppermint oil, too. I have to add that one. :) My site is still a work in progress. I am adding a bit to it every day.

You are so right about that! I'm constantly beating myself up about I should have done this, and I should have done that, and realizing it's all just wasted time. I've made my goals so I'm taking a baby step every day, but eventually I'm going to start walking.
