That sounds like it could be rather fun Sandy. It must be nice being able to get your own honey. Do you sell it or just use it yourself?

In the past, we extracted and sold bottled organic white clover honey. We do have an organic license. Unfortunately, due to my husband illness, I do not think I can handle all the bottling on my own. It is an arduous task. Especially when I am looking at 40 plus hives. So unless I find qualify expert help, that I can afford, I will sell it in 50-gallon drums. Then I can send it to central Washington and sell it as bakers honey. Not as profitable but a lot less work. I may also consider selling some 5-gallon tubs as well.
