Veterans Administration Home Loans
To former and current service men and women, THANK YOU for your service!
If you have VA benefits, and would like to buy a house, what are you waiting for?
-VA loans require no down payment
-VA loans allow the seller to pay all closing costs and prepaids/escrow. (up to 6% of sales price)
-VA loans allow the buyer to qualify for a higher-priced home (due to higher debt-to-income ratios, and no monthly Mortgage Insurance premium payment)
-VA loans can be used to buy a home, condo, townhouse, build a home, or refinance a current home loan
-VA appraisers look out for your interests in making sure the home meets all the minimum requirements
-VA loans have no monthly mortgage insurance premium. Instead, a “guarantee fee” is charged upfront and financed into your loan.

I don't see this as an ad, Kenny, and it's a good reminder to those of us who have served. Some of us may not be aware of this and need the info. Thank you Cheryl
Thanks Werner, you are correct. Just getting the info out there, and
I did tag Kyle and Carson, as I always do. If it were an ad, I would have included much more info, rates, my phone number, etc!
Not too sure if your advertisement is appropriate here at WA. I would check with Kyle if I were you.

Kenny, I thought I had replied to this earlier, but don't see it here.
I do appreciate your comment, but I didn't intend the blog to be an ad at all. And I tagged Kyle and Carson as I do on all of my blogs. I guess if they feel it is wrong they will tell me.
I know we think that we are doing favors to people but sometimes that can be by others. I am definitely in favor of your blog but others may think differently.

This is good news for veterans we have to many veterans in the UK that end up homeless especially young single men..
There are far too many homeless vets in my area as well. Young and old. It's amazing to me. Even our mayor disappoints us, as he starts a "homeless veteran's outreach" months ago, and to our knowledge all he has done is to give them a pack of socks for Christmas. Really?
it is disgraceful to and have to say it is not much better for them over here either, a lot is left to the charities to give support and practical help
Thanks for the comment, Claud! I don't care who they call for the help, I just hope they get in a home that's affordable, and with little or no money out of their pocket!

Good information to know, I will pass it on.
