Feeling is the Key!
Feel your goals
Write down your goals and be specific. Write them as if you were already living them. Put them in front of you and read them every day. Feel the feeling that you will have as if you already accomplished them! Read them often! Your goals need to be high enough to make you stretch. If they are long-ranged goals, break them down into smaller pieces so they are a stretch, but you believe you can accomplish them.
Goals are like a target, but that is not enough. You need to know where the bullseye is. Your mind may try to sabotage your goal when you try to stretch yourself. Your mind may tell you that you can't do it, or you might as well give up. When you hear that little voice, replace it with a positive thought that moves you toward the bullseye.
The negative thought will be replaced with this good thought. Eventually, the mind accepts the new thought.
There is no need to recreate the goals you are trying to reach. Find successful people that are accomplishing the same goal you want to achieve.
Here in WA, we all are reaching for similar goals. I read stories every day from members with the same goals that I am working on every day. Everything is created for us through the training and all the members doing it.
Go for the Bullseye and feel what it is like to be there already. It is all laid out to accomplish right here.

Hi Pam, Goals a very important. They are like a road map to get you to where you are going safely and the fastest ways.
Goals should be part of your journey, without a doubt.
