Sometimes our affiliate banners and links redirect (leave our sites and open in the same window) instead of opening a new window. Of course, we don't want visitors to be whisked away from our sites.
The solution is simple: add this bit of html code to your affiliate link or banner:
Place it after the href closing quote mark and just before the > and the <img

I know how to do that with affiliate, content, and product links, but does anyone know how to make a plugin, when clicked, open in a new window?
Good advice. I think you're missing something though. The bit of code you should add to the link:
