We need to learn to love one another like there is no tomorrow. Not just the people closest to us, the ones that are a world apart too. Our focus needs to be how to come together, not how to distance ourselves as a race. Look for the similarities in one another, not what makes us different. We all have to share this planet and a majority of us would prefer peace over war. In order to get there we need to communicate, educate and care. May we all be more open to love one another as we should.

We all need to laugh a little more. Have you ever watched young children who hardly know one another play? In a short while they are acting as if they have known one another for a lifetime, smiling and laughing. Laughter is some of the best medicine you can have and share. Become a child again, do not be held back by worry or fear, be driven by joy and wonder.

It is easy to get lost in what can be considered important. We all are doing what we can to get by. Yet we have forgotten that life is about living. Are you just going through the motions or are you truly living? Do your best to feel alive in what you do. Take a moment to be still and listen to your own heartbeat. You are alive and need to live your life. We can change the world together for the better, let us start now.
