Trials and Strides the Super Affiliate Challenge

It has been a few weeks now since I posted a blog on here, to say life as been hectic would be an understatement. Yes life has reared it's ugly side once more in my little corner of the world trying to get me to give up .Yet I am still here and still plugging away!!! Why,you ask ?

Because my mindset and determination will have it no other way. :)

It seems the universe agrees with me.

The beginning of the month I got an email I was longing for but did not actually anticipate getting,was hoping but not expecting. The email was my acceptance letter from Kyle into the Super Affiliate Challenge. (SAC)

Now comes the first of many trials that raised it's ugly head. Many of you know the past months I have finally settled at my ex (soon to be current again)in laws house. Good and bad as mom and dad both have serious health issues. Mom in law at 88 has the beginning late stage Altzehmiers and Dad in law at 90 has the middle stages of dementia. So they have 12 hour caregivers that help, plus a few family members including myself now. Alright so this is a glimpse into my life right now.

Ok fast forward to the begining of the month. I get my acceptance letter from Kyle into the Super Affiliate Challenge...AWESOME. I absolutely know what this means and how life changing this could be and what a privelage it is !!

Well it was for a day,than Mom had a fall trying to walk from the bed to the bathroom as far as we can tell at least.Oh boy great ouch,brother in law and myself got her back to bed,looks like all is well. Dr came and checked on her in morning good to go. Whew!! Alright can stop the heart from beating with anxiety, back to the challenge and my business at hand. Kyle states that the first 9 days to write 2 posts or and do some housekeeping on our sites to get them tidied up. Check. Well got one post done and a lot of housecleaning.

One scare while cleaning up site,oh crap I can not log back into my back office. Site support to the rescue!!! Thank goodness for those guys I about had a heartattack! As I told Kyle later in chat I apperently kicked up too many dust bunnies LOL LOL

The next day. TRIALS -Life again raised it's ugly head and tried to beat us all down this time. Mom in law once again got out of bed and FELL!! This time however we found her laying flat on stomach,dad in law had the sense to come and get me..Thank god! I had to call brother in law thankfully they live only one block over this time it was a call to the paramedics and a trip to the hospital. Turns out the fall this time resulted in mom hitting her head and after a cat scan was revealed she had a brain hematoma. For those that do not know it is basically a bruise that causes bleeding on the brain.Well a stay in the hospital for 3 days ensured and a lot of sleepless nights. During this time I did manage to be on WA off and on, to work? No really just to keep my mind off of other real life stuff.

And that folks was part of the first 9 days of the challenge for me. At this point my challenge has been two fold the Super Affiliate Challenge and Life!!

Than comes the second email from Kyle listing our homework for the month. Boy oh boy we are all going to be busy for sure.The email came just 5 days ago and I will say the first month we have 19 tasks to complete. Now also keep in mind that a few of those tasks have more than one thing for you to do in order to check them off. Some have as many as 12 plus things to do!! Yet on the other hand some of those I was already able to do quite easily since I am using an existing site. So I already have 13 of the 19 tasks checked off and this blog is also a part out it. :)

Now strides I have had a few of those also. I decided to change the theme of my website after debating on it for months. I am so happy I did too,moving forward I think it will be a great benefit,it is much cleaner and sharper looking,and seems to be easier to work with.

I was able to post an article on site a few days ago and also get comments. That article I am happy to say was indexed within the day.

My latest accomplishment was last night I sat down and wrote a new wa review of 1536 words. Using site content which I normally do not do as I just find it easier to use wordpress back office editor. But that was part of our assignment to use site content LOL I submitted to google and it was Indexed in 20 minutes. That by far is the fastest for me till now my other fastest indexed was like 40 or 45 minutes.

Well signing off for now I am pushing 1000 words on this update.

It seems the universe agrees with me.
