I cannot find where to add the "Leave a Reply" section on my various pages. It is on my "Hello world" blog [age which I have not updated yet. Everything else is pretty much read
on each post or page there is a quik edit, click it , off to the right there is a box that says allow comments, make sure it is checked.
Thanks, Gary. When I go to the quick edit, there is no option to the right that says to allow comments. What I have since heard from other members is that the Cleanr theme is not a good choice.
Yeah a lot of the themes are not very good. I had to change mine 4 or 5 times before I found one that I really like. Good luck...happy hunting.
Depending on your Theme, the pages are already located at the bottom...some Themes have them on all pages and others only on a couple of pages. Which Theme are you going to use? Please send me a link. Thank you.
The theme I selected is Cleanr, and the site is at cashflowgenerator.siterubix (dot com) Thanks for your help!
There are places to reply and comment. Make a few changes and update...then look! They are there! Meanwhile, I will look at Cleanr...
Hello! 2012 in WordPress has the Comments already. Your Theme is from Theme by Theme In Progress. You can keep the 2012 Theme if you create it here with WA. Does that help?
When you create with WordPress from within WA, the "Leave A Reply" is at the bottom. You will only see it when you visit the site not while in Edit.
upsgirl -- finally - success. I had to change my theme. Not all themes have the "Leave a Reply" at the bottom of the page/post. I went with
Twenty Fourteen version. Made sure all my checks were correct on my Dashboard, Also, under comment & discussion. Also, under Quick Edit.
This must be done on each page when you publish it.
Hope this helps. I can go into greater detail if you want.
Thanks
Right...I knew you had to change (you had one from I forget where...LOL) so I am glad you did and I was able to leave a Comment. Like MisterWailor says...CHEERS!
