I Am Ready

Every ending has a new beginning. 2014 has been a world wind year filled with endings and beginnings. I have a wonderful new beginning here at WA. My next ending is that I committed to leaving my corporate job before October 1. Is it possible? It doesn’t matter to me at the moment. It’s my direction. In corporate terms it’s my blue chip; my true north.

I never wanted to be in corporate because I have always believed I could make a wonderful income in some creative, entrepreneurial ways, I just had to figure out how I could do that. In the meantime, as single mom with no help or support, I had to do what had to be done to care for my family and run a household. I feel good about how I have cared for and provided for my family.

And this is life. We do a thing until we realize it’s time to turn right or turn left and embark down a new path. It’s not that what I’ve been doing is good or bad or right or wrong, it’s just a way, a direction, and I can always make another choice when I’m ready. I AM READY!!

I don’t have all the detail. There’s a lot I don’t know. What I do know is that life is about the tiny actions that are made every day, decisions and intentions and consistent focus, and the things we start and stop. It’s all about what matters that determine results. If I can be a good provider in corporate, I can be far better with the freedom outside of corporate! The time has come. It’s a whole new playing field. Game on!
