On my website it says that word press is not installed. I have seen the video but I must have missed hoy to install it.
If your first website was done through Site Rubix, then the installation of Word Press was automatically done through the site builder. As advise by Jvranjes, contact Support for help.
If this is created here at WA then there is nothing to install. Site builder does the job. Ask Support for opinion.
