Can I turn my WA affiliate links into bitly's and have them still work correctly and give me credit if someone joins?
thanks for looking! i found an article about bitly getting commission from some sites instead of bloggers so i'm just gonna do without it.
the article was about Amazon, just as a little public service announcement.. it's unclear who would legally be entitled to commission when a bitly link is used as bitly is an affiliate of certain companies as well. So i'm just gonna stear clear altogether!
Good point CarolinaMom. Amazon's policy is the link needs to be clear enough that users know it's an Amazon link.

Do bitly's work as affiliate links?

As far as I know bitly is not stealing affiliate commissions like that. Either way, they won't affect your WA commissions.
