Yes, contact support. Follow the normal process as if you want to ask question about your website. But tell them that you want to change your PayPal account. They'll do just that.

Click on the $ sign in the top menu - then click Stats - scroll to the bottom of the page and you will see where you can update your PayPal email address

I agree with @Dale123, but if you need guidance to do a specific task by all means ask the question here and you'll be flooded with answers :)
Also, Mr Google has a gazillion tutorials on getting started with WordPress, so if all else fails you could do a search there.

Hi Abledragon thanks for your response, after my question I was pointed to in the right direction and I watched the video that shows you how to get around Wordpress and I've managed to get my website started. All the best going forward, and to your success.
