Go to each page or post, and click quick edit. Check the comment box which comes up and you're good to go

I had the same question, I like video training below I found this to activate comments and some comments advice How to Enable comments in your WordPress Blog

Hi Camber,

When you are in Site Builder, go to the Dashboard and select "pages"

Select the page/post you want to have comments added to.

Hover over the title of your page and options for editing appear under your page title.

Select "quick edit"

A new window opens

Towards the middle of the page, you will see a box beside the words "allow comments"

Click on that box

You have to do this for all the pages/posts on which you want comments.

It is easy to do.
