Google Search Algorithm Update - What to Expect?
Every year Google will roll out several updates to how it searches engine will behave and rank websites.
However, this month is what many professionals believe is a big one.
Some of you may have the feeling that your website has been hit with a lower ranking when others in contrary got a good impact from the update.
Why Updating Something that Already Works?
As everything relate to Online moves and changes so fast, search engines also need to be update.
The goal still the same, showing better results to visitors.
Satisfied visitors mean more traffic and they will use the service more often.
OK, But, What are the Benefits for you the Marketer?
For companies or bloggers who already has a presence online, it means they have to create new contents and be aware of changes if they want to stay ahead in the game.
To newbies as many of us are, it represents a good opportunity to compete with the best.
We have a chance to reach more visitors and we can show our hard works to a new audience.
There's Nothing We Can Do
Google stated that there's nothing we can do to fix pages we think are ranking less well.
This is also true for person with more experience.
The only thing we can do for all of us, it's what WA has been teaching us since we joined:
Creating interesting and valuable contents.
This is pretty fair in my opinion.
Even newbies can compete with an experienced old-timer.
The only way to make a difference is to work harder and more.

I highly appreciate you find it useful.
I guess people who already had a good ranking will hate this kind of update. I imagine they spend so many time to get there, so I understand their feeling.
However, competition is a good thing and changing the rules a little sometimes will allow everybody to have a chance to compete.
Success can't always be yours if you spend your time watching at it instead of creating new ones.

I agree Calvin. Only issue is it's not easy to put in 100 hours a week when you have a family and another job. So for me it will all go a bit slower, Jim
To be honest, putting 100 hours a week is impossible for a lot of persons.
At best I can put 88 hours a week and I have no obligations.
We all have a life after all, Lol.
The most important is to do as much as you can, being persistent and patient.

This guy has been criticized a lot these few months. However, I believe he's a genius and what he's doing is pretty amazing.
