Life on the road.
Hello everyone, been awhile since I have posted or blogged or even checked in here. I have been in Texas, Las Vegas, Arizona, Long Beach Ca and now I am in Sacramento again for the second time in 4 months working Disney on Ice once again.
This will be the last Disney presentation here at the Sleep Train Arena for the new building will be ready in 200 some odd days from now and everything will take place there from now on.
I spent 2 months living on board the Queen Mary taking care of the ice and the machines for the Chill. I love that old boat and I got to wander around her alot. It was strange at first living in a room with no window but I got used to it.
I had no internet there and drastically fell behind here, I am up at the high 800 mark in ranking so I need to be just a bit more social around here. I do miss chatting and learning from all my friends here,
A week from now I will be up in the Lake Tahoe area working on some cabins getting them ready for the summer season. It is awesome what I get to do and I am very blessed by so many in many many ways. I am grateful for WA and for all of you here at WA.
This is a simple post for much to be done babysitting the ice before show time.
Look forward to learning and sharing with all of you here at WA.
Cali

That's cool you been working (not about falling behind here). We did a job up in LA a while back moving one of Disney's warehouses. Where they make all the costumes. It was something to see. Geoff
I think it would be cool to help build the set pieces. Oh those look like fun. The costumes are something else to. I get to see alot of them in action backstage.
Very cool. Today we're going to Stone Brewery in San Marcos, SD county. Unload, stand up, and place 4 beer tanks. Can you smell the hops cooking? :)
Oh man, that sounds fun. We load out today so I am in early to help get the crew going. I'll be back at my Hotel room by 4. I love working with this company, the last company I did ice with this was a week long job with 4 workers, here less than a day with 50 workers. My back is in great shape now!
Nice to hear from you again Cali.Don,t worry too much about your rank, mine has also rocketed because I have not been contributing too much.Look after yourself and work here when you can.Mark......
Hey hello there, Good to hear from ya. Hows the weather been in your part of the world. I'll get my rank back in the 200's again or even lower but today it is not important.
WA rocks!
You're the guy my granddaughters appreciate the most because without you ... there would be no show! Good to see ya back here at WA! :-)
Thanks Cathy. It is a sea of pretty little blue dresses out there in the audience. And back stage here it is all the Disney characters. This is a fun job and I am glad to be a small part of so many memories held in the minds of so many in the years to come.
Nice to hear from you and glad everything is working out for you and it is very special that you have not forgotten us here at WA
We enjoy hearing from you and your great adventures on ice!
Take care and keep in touch here at WA.
Look forward to your next blog.
Nice to hear from you,

Not a big deal. I'm sure you'll climb right back up to where you were.
