How do I finish purchasing domain name when it stops at last step and asks me to create a support ti

You purchase a domain through the website tab. Let's say you are going for that $13 .com domain. Once you set up payments it should go through pretty easy. Have you entered the code for your country and all that prior to payment?

i can't purchase domain because it stops at the end and asks to create a support ticket. I did this and followed what others told me. Others are having same problem.
Normally, for the purchase of a new domain name -- simply to to 'websites' under your profile, click on site domains and follow the instructions... prompts will need to be filled in... hope this helps you... try it out... thanks kindly for your question... :)
Thanks for your note. It got fixed by technical support. There must be some kind of bug on the final checkout step as others had a similar problem.
I am a little disappointed that since others had the same problem (some were weeks ago) that there wasn't something put in place to remedy this issue or give immediate direction when somebody gets stuck.

I got all the way to the end and it said createa support ticket.
I don't remember about a country code, but there were no errors in the form.
