You don't need Google Adsense until your site has been up awhile, and yes you need a domain.

To get my own domain on namecheap, do I really need it? If I do, which one is better between "getfitbodywithme.com" and "getfitbodywithcade.com"?

Your own domain is always more professional than a siterubix domain and it's much better for SEO. So yes if you can get your own domain it's best to do so.
Either domain name would be fine... although nobody knows right now who Cade is - but you're going to change that right?
If I can make a suggestion. Why not getAfitbodywithcade.com ?
It's a more natural phrase and it will come back in your text so it would be better for SEO as well.

no no... I just capitalized it to make it obvious that I added a letter.
Domain names are not case sensitive. So you register them in lowercase but when you write it down or put it on your business card you can do camel case like this: GetAFitBodyWithCade.com.
That makes it easier for people to read.
