The Journey Continues-My First Blog Post!
I tried this blogging thing before...but the empowerment that WA have given me is TRUELY AMAZING.
I tend to be a perfectionist. It is the reason why I hardly ever finish the things I start. Somewhere down the line I tell myself that what I am doing isn't good enough...
and I almost talked myself out of making my first post.
After some much need motivational words from my personal trainer; who had me jump onto a 20 inch high box (I am only 5'1 by the way and I am a musician not an athlete) I found the courage to stop waiting and go for it!
I am so glad I did!
I cleared that box and I published that post! And this is just a blog to commemorate that moment!
Eventually I would like to post what my trainer said to me in a video (my husband recorded the whole thing) and share it with you all.
I am learning that fear has kept me from doing a lot of things; I no longer want to be the person who starts but never finishes, too scared to make a move because of fear of making a mistake, from now on...
I'm just going to go for it...
