Other pages won't show your blog posts. Unless their your category pages.
If you want your category pages in your menu, you can easily do this at Appearance > Menus (in your wp-admin menu).
Is this what you're trying to do?
Sorry for responding so late but yeah that's what I was trying to do. Thank you for your help I will give that a try :-)

Since your 3 pages don’t have content in it, you can remove it from the menu and put the 3 categories there instead. Or you can try what JSakanee has mentioned by putting the category under the pages.
Great suggestion I think I will do that and then try what Jsakanee said :-)
