Business Ideas 4 - Online Cooking School
If you love to cook and enjoy teaching others your craft, you can start an online cooking school (see udemy dot com). Learning to cook is very popular today as seen by the boom in television programs that teach the inexperienced home cook how to cook like a restaurant chef. You don’t have to have skills of a restaurant chef to run a successful cooking school. You only need to have a passion for food and a love for passing that passion on to others.
Courses could be done in the same format as the classrooms here on wealthy affiliates.
bout Your Customers:
Your customers will be individuals looking to gain cooking skills they can take home to their kitchens.
What You Need to Start:
- Marketing plan and materials
- Video camera
- Cooking skills
- Kitchen (home or elsewhere)
- Cooking materials (pots, pans, utensils, etc.)
- Ingredients
- Food handling certification (nice to have)
- Insurance (just in case you burn the kitchen down)
- Staff (optional)
- Computer with finance software
It is a bit different than a cooking show. I have to say that I sort of invented this one. I will not be doing it, but if someone out there likes the idea go for it.
Signing off.. Terry on the Affiliate Marketing journey!

Cool idea and it could be applied to many different things. Let me know if you run into one on diesel mechanics.
Umm that is a tough one. Will research that for tomorrow. There is Online Diesel Mechanic Courses, Classes & Career Training so you'd need to know a lot about it to teach it. I would think that you'd have to be a You Tuber or something along that line to make it pay. Thinking, thinking.
Actually I meant me. I think I'll stick with my original plan of converting to a shiny new outboard.
But have you seen a cooking site with membership and all the members are students who gets graded via Skype?
