Need help
Hi everyone
As everyone is going through difficult economic changes, I am sadly hit and will not be able to afford the WA membership fee.
I am sad about it as my website is almost 1 year old and has gathered alot of attention. I wish their is a way to save it so I can continue my work on the site I currently have with a different host.
If anyone can help me to move my website to a new host that is affordable. Yes, I know I will lose some tools and stuff. But, really want to save my site.
So if anyone out there can provide me advice or even help me with the move of my site, I will really appreciate.
If not, I understand and mostly will be a farewell for me. Just thank you for exposure of website development and tricks to make money. I only made R3000 in total online and nothing more again.

I would search for a “shared hosting” or “WordPress hosting” provider online. If you add the name of your country to the search, then you might find one that is cheaper in your local currency than a US-based one.
There are a lot of plugins you can use to backup your WordPress site and you can use it to install your site at a new hosting company.

As suggested, you can ask site support about hosting. If your domain is .co.za, the cheapest in SA that I know of is elite hosting. I used it for app hosting. You will have to learn how to use it, though
For .com, you can look into Godaddy. It's one of the big names so there are plenty of guides related to Godaddy. Just ignore all of the upsells they send you through their sister company.
