Motivation and Negotiation - The Votes
We did not have an overwhelming turn out but number 3 won by a short head.
To remind you this was no. 3: ".Publish it in rough draft and the return to it later and fine tune it and republish it."
There were some "fence sitters" though, even voting for all 3!!
This, however does tell us that we are all different and that our approach to getting the job done will depend entirely on the individual.Most of us will have a "reminder list" or sometimes call a "to-do list"
Whenever I make a to-do list I always add 2 or 3 tasks that I have already completed and put a tick against these.
It's amazing how this adds to your motiuvation.
Have a great week-end and stay motivated even if tomorrow is Saturday.

Since I was a pilot and still am in a sense, we always use check lists for flying, but checklists are must (at least for me) for business and staying organized. Great point!

My to-do list is NOT for pre flight check lists!!
