I have unpaid commissions.
I have also had a few refunds by the same person? How is this even possible?
Unpaid commissions? do I need to get an attorney?

Hi Robert. I suggest you contact Kyle via email about this (if you haven't already done so). I hope it is resolved for you. Jim
can i hire someone to build my website and write my content? I failed this subject in school
I agree run through the training so you fully understand the process but for me if I can use my time more profitably elsewhere then it makes sense to outsource as much as possible.
You can, if you can afford it, but first go through the training - this is not taught in any school - plus you have a whole community here to support and help you.
You can do anything you can afford to do but it's not a wise decision if you take a lot of risk without any understanding.
Go through the training here, ask questions, and give it your best effort to see how that goes. Once you know what you are truly capable of doing you will be better off making a decision.
I was horrified when I started that I would have to write content, publish content, and even use an image of myself to be a "real person".
I am now much more adept at writing, I am now much better at dealing with some attention, and I am leaps and bounds better at knowing what to do with a website with all sorts of aspects.
Give this a year and see how much you can really learn in that time. When you have given it your best shot, then you will have a better understanding of who to hire to do what for your website.
