Well, WA is a custom created platform which cost hundreds of thousands of dollars to develop (if not over a million?), I don't know how much WA cost but sites like these are not cheap to create.
1. Your best bet would be creating a membership site using a plugin or a service. "Wishlist Member" comes to mind as one of the most popular and inexpensive ($100 or so), it uses Wordpress.
2. Membership services usually will "kick-out" members who don't pay, so you won't have to worry about it.
3. You can easily integrate payment systems such as Paypal to any reputable membership service,
4. Normally you would need to work with a third-party affiliate company (as Clickbank) in order to offer an affiliate program through your site. You can surely built an in-house affiliate program but once again, it will be super expensive.
Hope this helped a little,
Alex
Thank you very much! That's a lot of help. Well I don't want to give up the idea because as you know It provides unlimited service to people. It is one of the ways to create a business that could attract customers constantly in that particular niche. And of course the founder ends up swimming in money.
I thought about the B plan. I'm going to create a group on facebook that receives the kind of service I can give in my niche . How can I limit my contents to free members and to those who are in my group? For example. Youtube supports an option where you can set up who can see your new video. If I could connect It to my facebook I think I could create a business which is similar to my original plan.

I'm almost done with my first article on squidoo although I don't find the way to add the "big arrow" module to link my own domain to my articles.
How to add modules to squidoo?
