I checked my credit card statement today and I saw that I was charged twice on my credit card for the subscription fee. I had one charge of $49 for the subscript
You should contact either Kyle or Carson. They should be able to help since they are owners.
Does Wealthy Affiliate have a customer service number? I was double charged on my credit card for this month's subscription and I would like to have it taken off.
go to Site Rubix and scroll down to Support and follow the steps to make your claim.
They will contact you soon as possible.
This is the only way there is so far no extra customer service number.

I had tried that but unfortunately, they just redirect it to asking the community since it's not a website issue.
That's odd sorry to hear it. Don't know so far what else I can tell you perhaps someone else will have a better answer or no what to do.

Have you checked under the widgets or menus section of the appearance tab? Can you send a screenshot of what you are trying to get rid of?
I checked the widgets section and found the default menu I was trying to get rid of. Thanks for suggesting that.

I spoke with a private copyrighting company in the US and they said that if you copyright your website, any new content that you add after the copyright needs to be filed for separately.
