Ten Musings Of A Newbie
A beginner has that sense of warmth, hope and promise. The internet however well, that is whole different ball game all together. So hostile out there especially for beginners. So many unanswered questions.
"I just want to succeed, that's all? ". The beginner says. " But sometimes I ask myself these questions." The beginner muses:
a) Is there a single hyped/touted money making thing out there that is not a scam?
b) Google and authorities, with all their resources, if they don't approve the scams, do they just lack one resource called ' block' to stop these scammers once people negatively review them?
c) Apart from the long term affiliate marketing, is there no other way of making an honest income out there?
d) The veterans, could they be holding secrets about online income that they just don't let on?
e) About humanity, what happened to it's inherent goodness, how can someone so comfortably and happily defray so many others and cause so much suffering?
f) The words integrity and honesty, dont they really make muster in online business.... If you are guided by them, can you really make money online or are they just bad words here after all?
g) Is there a way you can know a scam before you waste time, effort and money on it. Must it be that it's after so much lose, disappointment and embarrassment that you know?
h) Where can I get sites to earn a little income through honest work to just get me by as I grow along in this online thing? Does'nt the internet take care of it's own young (beginners).
I) In this whole wide internet world, couldn't there just be that one place where a beginner can get honest, true, help to realize their hope of setting up an online business?
Because........
J) If you search in jaazy, for the word 'honest' you get 7159 Avg monthly searches. For 'scam' 9066, 'make money' 27644, 'true' 39592, 'hope'150360, and for ' help' a whopping 290478! ........ That's some Scary progression, right?
Why does all this here appear so difficult? I pray ask, isn't there any one or way that can make it much easier to understand?
I am just a beginner, in this journey of internet entrepreneurship. Maybe am right to begin, maybe not. Maybe it will be okey, maybe it won't be. Maybe I am in the right place, maybe not. Maybe........ Well, maybe I just don't know.
Because am just a beginner. And what I really wanted to do, is just succeed in online business...
That is why am glad to be part of wealthy affiliates, where the community is so good. Ready to give answers and help. The policy in here of 'paying up' is a big respite for the beginners. It might not be apparent, especially as one goes along progressing in their online business, but; apathy, anxiety, worry, uncertainty, confusion, timidity, and many other 'small' worrisomes are very real and much part of a beginners vocabulary.
I would like to therefore, on behalf of all beginners here, express my sincere appreciation and gratitude to all those seasoned members here who take time off from their busy schedules to answer and help along a beginner. I can assure you all; IT REALLY COUNTS.
The beginners, everybody has a fear for failure, an ego, there is a way we were all brought up that is different from the way the Joneses brought up their kids, we have personalities, anxieties, emotions, pride, reservations..... Many things which are inhibitors that come into play when we need to seek assistance in order to move on. But they do just that, inhibit.
And there lies the reason for stalling, getting stuck, giving up, and even outright exasperation about your great idea, thought, project, article, blog, post, comment, review, etc. and its entire illustrous life story. And sad.. poooof! It dies, buried in the smoke of the inhibitor. The only euology fitting for it's short lifespan can only begin with one line, " I wish.......".
My advise is," just do it", and a great maxim here in WA is: "Just ask"

Hi Billy. What a brilliant blog. Most of us (non beginners) are more aware then anyone of the pitfalls that can be found in the world of online affiliate marketing and other online income schemes. Many of us have been burned by the scammers in the past ( me included).
Your blog says it all. Find the right platform and ' go for it'... WA is definitely the best affiliate marketing platform. Jim
I totally agree with you. Two pitfalls for beginners are scamming and the more latent analysis paralysis. This makes them go doing in circles without getting anywhere. Great thing with training at WA is that it minimises both. Talk of 'killing two bass with one stone!

I hadn't thought about the 'analysis paralysis' bit before, but you're right. In Australia we'd call that 'going for it like a bull at the gate'. I have to admit that I've done a fair bit of that in my life as well.
