Another Victory from Site Support
Last week, I went to log in at one of my websites which are hosted here at Wealthy Affiliate. All I got when trying to log-in, was the WordPress blank form. So I copied the user name and PW from WA website but no joy. I tried different strategies to no avail.
I finally wised up and contacted Site Support. The first time I did not explain correctly the problem. So I tried again, this time I got the problem explained correctly.
Then within 4 minutes, the problem was resolved and login was once again normal.
Site Support is always in the background, so when they shine, I love to give them the credit they deserve.

Site Support is one of the greatest features of being part of WA. It is there when we need it.

This is part of what makes Wealthy Affiliate so great is when something goes "bang", the techs know how to fix it.

They are excellent fixing the possible in minutes and the impossible, usually within half an hour, more often less time.
Compare that to another site I have a website on where security issues have been ongoing since February that I know of, probably longer. On average it takes 11 days for them to respond to anything. First response is always, "I don't understand the problem, can you make it clearer". That's regardless of how much info supplied.

Yes, they might have responded even faster, but I didn't explain the problem correctly. But once they got what I was struggling to explain, it was almost instant repair.

Thanks for your response. I can affirm that without site support, I would not be here at Wealthy Affiliate. I would be totally broken down in my websites.
