I like to think this way too. But unfortunately sometimes little progress lead to no result. :)

I like to call this the "snowball effect" or the "slow roller". Each actions that you do today and that you do with consistency, will lead to incredible results.

You might not be shooting 50% from 3 point range after one day of practice and drills, but the cumulative effort will lead to much more proficiency and much more in the way of results.

Like water in a cup. One drop at a time!
