I recently included sumo me in my website for free trial.will I benefit from this or are there other better options.what are your thoughts on this?

There are several issues with Sumo.
Firstly, if you are not grandfathered into the old free version, you'll find that after your site receives traffic of c. 1,000 visits a month, you will then have to pay. The pricing starts at $29 a month for the next 5,000 visits, which also needs to be paid annually in advance, ie. it requires an upfront payment of $348 + taxes.

Secondly, Noah, one of the owners of Sumo, did state in a webinar that all free members go to the back of their server queue, which can seriously impact your website load times if you're not a paying customer.
There's nothing in Sumo that can't be found for free elsewhere! :)

How to Post Ads at Pinterest
Log into your Pinterest Acct.
Go to a board you have created.
I have a "WA" board, so I went there.
Click on the large + to create your pin.
Since I was trying to use a blog/website post, you will pick "The Web"
Copy and paste your website link there, click next.
Next Pinterest asks you to choose and image, and then choose a board to pin it into.
Click Save and See it Now.
Click on your Pin, then click on the pen above to edit your pin.
Put in a description, click save.

I'm planning to go for pinterest as well. Do you recommend it? I'm presently on fb and g+ only.
I was not able to install it.and I am not ready yet.80 % of your target audience are women.if your niche targets women it will definitely helps add to your visitors. It cost $30 something with an upsell from elite to pinflux pro.
