Sometimes Disheartened
I know it takes a long time to be making money as an affiliate marketer, but I feel like I've been at it forever and I get frustrated at my lack of sign-ups. I really thought by now that I would have had at least a couple of paying sign-ups with Wealthy Affiliate to cover my costs but alas it seems likely that I will have to drop out of Wealthy Affiliate as a paying member and re-join as a free member, thus losing some websites that I've made. I hate to do it, I really want to stay as a paying member but what else can I do? I'm unemployed and have put so much effort into affiliate marketing to try to support myself, but I am left feeling quite disheartened by my lack of progress. What do others do to get sign-ups? I wish there was something like a 'spill over' where new paying members who didn't have a sponsor were given to other paying members to help their team grow. What do you think? I've got about 2 weeks to find some sort of paying income or close my membership, which I really, really do not want to do.

Hi - unfortunately, the make money online niche and promoting WA is very competitive.
I presume you have been researching low-competition keywords and adding lots of in-depth content on a regular basis?
How many posts do you have?
Are you tracking your traffic in Google Analytics?
Hi Bernadette.
Being a WA affiliate is very competitive. A large proportion of the members are doing it. If you have the will, starting a new niche would be an option.
All the best.

Hi
I'm really sorry that you're at this place. I'm not sure what your niche is but it seems as if you're struggling.
It would be worth it to ask the community done questions to help you along the way
Nevertheless, as you're already a premium member, it is impossible to be a free member again.
I know that doesn't solve your problems, so please can you say what you've tried and where you are now on your journey.
I know how you feel Bernadette. Diane has you covered, but with any business, it takes a lot of time and sometimes investment before you begin to see any income. There are small exceptions to the rule, but not often.
I wish you well!
Jeff
