A showcase of“Tidbits” or “Chunks” of Wisdom Towards Success” which we could easily remember, comprehend, absorb and digest in our mind and heart and use it in our journey at WA towards success. With our mind equipped and saturated with positive thoughts and phrases we are in better position to handle challenges along our way. Since many of them are just short phrases further explanation is not necessary. But sharing short thoughts is welcome.

“Tidbits” - a small piece of interesting information, facts or knowledge . . . .
“Chunks” – a piece, a slice or a large amount or part of something . . . .
Focus! (where? In our goals and dreams)
Remember the 80:20 rule
Follow the system! (WA system is the way . . .)
Go on to BASICS first before INNOVATIONs
Get it in writing... (put everything in black and white as they say)
"If it's not documented, you didn't do it."
Common sense. (basic ability to perceive, understand and judge things)
Listen, Act, and Execute
Don’t assume, know! (being vigilant, assessing all facts and figures)
Never trust assumptions!
Listen, Follow, Lead (to become a leader, we got to become a good follower)
Listen before speaking.
There is always a way! (indeed, there is always an answer to every query)
Always tell the truth...
Failure is not an option (success is within reach for those who persevere)
No excuses, get the job done!
Knowing boundary lines.... (importance of goal setting)
If you fail to plan, you plan to fail.
What gets measured gets done.(importance of setting your baseline and metrics)
Best advice - never take shortcuts.
Even monkeys fall out of trees. (Do not wholly rely on anyone; no matter their expertise)
Check previous lessons learned
Love what you do! Do what you love. (nothing is so hard if we enjoy doing it)
Do what you say and say what you do!
What you don't measure you can't manage (again, got to set your metrics)
Always be in sync with your goals and dreams.
Relax. . . . Have time to smile, :-) . . . . LOL (the best is yet to come)
Celebrate and enjoy your success . . . Cheers!
Show up, Keep up and Shut up.(getting in tune with your acts and goals)
Underpromise and overachieve!
Two ears, one mouth, use them in that ratio!
Welcome bad news (being open-minded and ready at all times)
Always expect the unexpected
Bad news is better than surprises
Do not procrastinate (going off the “last minute” before the deadline attitude)
Manage your time wisely
Finished is better than perfect
One size doesn’t fit all. (every situation is unique that requires attention)
Always have a Plan B...
Be sensitive. Be committed.
ABC - Always Be Communicating (essence of getting in touch in person or online)
Communication and collaboration.
Keep your communications positive.
Don't panic. (keep cool in everything we do)
Keep calm and carry on.
Trust your gut/instincts and stay calm.
Stay calm and dig deep into facts for answers
