Happy World Heart Day
Hello everyone,
I hope you all are well and staying safe.
Although today is specially dedicated for the celebration of World Heart Day, I want to remind each and everyone of us that "taking care of your heart, or your entire health" is not something we wait until the age ( 45 for men and 50 for women) before investing our time and money into our health.
There is a time to sow and a time to rip. There is a time to be born and a time to die. The decision of today will determine the outcome of tomorrow.
Adulthood is the time that we either rip the reward of our life choice as kids ( parents and family decisions)and young lads ( feeling indestructible).
The inevitable life conceptsYou listened to Louis music on daily basis, work in an environment with loud noises without noise canceling plug when we're young and strong, guess what, you will have hearing loss.
You eat all the unhealthy food excessively ( burger, fried food, soda drinks, etc.), later down the road irrespective of whether you have a six pack good gene or not, you will suffer pot belly, even worst bad heart, slowness ( obesity), metabolic syndrome, etc.
The lists go on and on.The exception to the rule
Don't get me wrong. Does it mean that if you do everything right, you will live every after life without no disease, have the perfect body, etc.?
The simple answer is that not necessarily. So why try at all especially if we all going to die anyway?
Some people are just born with so many defective genes (nature) that even if they 100% control the environment, they still end up with some of the disease.
Does that means it's a waste of time for them to try? The answer is NO. Because if they don't , they will have more than 1000% ( if there is anything like that) of the negative expression of the bad genes, but controlling most if not all of the environmental factors help them reduce the outcomes or reduce the severity of symptoms, or even prolong the period before the manifestation of the disease.
In summary, we can't just sit at work and give up waiting to die because someone told us we are very unlucky ( bad genes).
What is your purpose on earth?I strongly believed as a Christian that we are not in this world by chance. Not by some Cosmic coincidence, but by a divine purpose with each and everyone having their own unique special talent.
For instance, most of the people with genius ideas especially those computer genius ( hackers) infiltrating government secured networks have some form of genetic deformity.
I'm not saying whether pregnancy with developmental deformities should be allowed or not allowed to full term. I'm not also saying that I either stand for (pro) or against abortion.
All I'm saying is that we are all creatures of God and only him has the power to take life by allowing it.
Therefore, we all have an obligation to take care of our health especially our heart and blood vessels the machine and pump that all other organs depend on for survival.
Happy World Heart Day!!!
Stay bless and safe.
