Have a Question? Search Box is the Answer.
Learning something new is not always a smooth process. We are all bound to have questions of some sort regardless of how long you have been here at WA. The search box hold answers to most questions.
Questions are a means to get understanding through helpful answers. This is especially true if you are new here. It is highly likely that your question has been asked before and you can get the answer by simply typing your question in the search box.
Using the search box offer many benefits such as;
- Instant access (get to the answers while you are still hot and eager)
- Flexibility (as we have different learning styles, answers are in different formats)
- Control (You get to pick the most relevant answer to your specific question)
- Variety (diverse answers giving you great insight of the topic area)
- Self-sufficiency (Autonomy is great, it gives you confidence and free up other members' time to attend to other tasks)
- Low risk of misinformation (Not every advice is from an expert, and documented help present low risk.
- Freedom (you are only inquiring the database, no peer pressure whatsoever)
- Time Saver (no waiting, do not have to explain your problem, free other members' time)
Always feel free to escalate help through Live Chat if you can not find the answer to your question using the search box. I encourage you to make the search box your no.1 stop for answers whenever you get stuck.
Live Chat is particularly helpful if your question is long and detailed.

WA Search is one of the hidden treasures of this incredible training platform, especially for newbies. You can be sure that what ever clarification you are seeking someone has already "been there, done that".
No need to reinvent the wheel. Find the information you need, understand it, use it, solve your problem and move on. Of course, if you feel that your issue is unique you can take the time to share with the community how you resolved it.
It's a way to give back and will give you ranking credit.
Indeed. Thank you for your elaboration and added value.
