So i'm back where it all begun.

Well blow me down, I logged into Wealthy Affiliate today and realised that I have not done a Blog post for over 3 years....

Hell i didnt even complete the training 😥

I got bored

Life got in the way

My fire got extinguished🔥 🌊

The problem I had was that every time I started a new website

It felt like I was starting from scratch

Testing different plug-ins

Messing up my fonts as I didn't standardise before I started adding content

And all those other frustrating things that make learning fun

So what happened to me and how come I am still here.

Well Let's just say I drifted off into a crazy world of working for the man while wasting time on internet marketing opportunity scams and all kind of get rich schemes, and lo and behold none of them worked.

But I have always renewed my membership at Wealthy Affiliate as my gut feeling was that I was sitting on an amazing opportunity.

I mean Wealthy Affiliate as a minimum give you

• Hosting for over 50 websites
• 24 hour website hosting support which is priceless
• Access to thousands of members who are here to help you
• Thousands of hours of video and training course not to the mention the thousands of training modules that have been created by the members

And even though I would not say I was active, how could I let this go?

I just needed to work out how to make it work for me.

And that opportunity happened in August of 2019

You see a close friend of mine was a very competent wordpress website developer

And he needed work, he was only charging lunch money for a website and I could see he was going nowhere fast.

So I offered to introduce his services to some of my clients who attend a sales and marketing workshop that I run.

And lo and behold a business was born

I bring the clients to him

He creates a lead generation system for them and I teach them about the internet, lead generation, marketing and converting face to face sales, and most importantly I show them the important numbers that show what is working and what isnt.

And then if they want to continue working with us, we look after their SEO and social media marketing on a retainer.

And this is all from the teachings I have gained from Wealthy Affiliate

If I had not learnt how to build my first wordpress website all that time ago.

I would not have been able to pass that knowledge onto others

And If I had not taken that first step in going premium

When my website friend approached me I wouldn't of known what would need to be the basic expectation for our client sites.

So, i'm back where it all begun.

Wealthy Affiliate is where my journey started even though I did not know at the time and I am glad that I am still here.
