Hi everyone!
Robert Louis Stevenson once said :
Don't judge each day by the harvest you reap but by the seeds that you sow!
That was the theme of the meditation I did this morning and it resonated with me so much!
At first It may seem a bit silly to say don't judge your days by what you reap because if you achieve something that's great news. But in reality what we "reap" on a daily basis is not is not always so good. Sometimes we have bad and sad days .
So , I think that in the end its not so much about what happens to us each day but more about how we manage it and hopefully whether its good or not so good, we can sow some positive seeds!
Where am I going with all this you may well ask! Well nowhere in particular except to say that I have finally finished Course 3 after a real struggle with getting a few things to work for me . At first I was going to continue on with training and come back to them but Im a bit like a dog with a bone and wont leave things alone until they are finished off properly.
So on quite a few days recently while stuck on the issues I was dealing with , I haven't "reaped" too much in terms of moving on with my training but by reaching out to fellow WA members I have sown the seeds of friendship and camaraderie which has been lovely and I'm grateful to everyone who helped me.
That's it from me for now, just wanted to express my gratitude to all the good folk here in WA .
Now its on to training with Jay ...my new Saturday morning ritual sitting up in bed with my lap top and a cup of tea (just because I can... and its chilly outside !)
Bye for now :)
