Hey there!
This morning I stumbled upon a website called www.siteprice.org/ that, supposedly, will calculate any website's price and domain value.
I checked my website, out of curiosity, but I took the results with a grain of salt lol (estimated price $1,283). I don't want to sell my website, not yet anyway!
The results will give you tons of info such as :

What I don't understand is that, according to the results I got, my website is not ranked on google... while I know for a fact (I've checked incognito and used jaaxy siterank) that several of my posts are ranked #1 on the first page of google.
So my question is, do you know this website? is it reliable?
Are such websites worth using? Is there a similar website that you would recommend in case someone wanted to sell their website/domain?
