Chronicles of an Affiliate: Week 5 - Playing with Procrastination
So it has been 3 solid weeks since I've blogged or completed any coursework here at WA. Definitely not a shining star moment for me but I have a plausible excuse: my dog ate my laptop...
Not convinced? Ok, well I'll try another scenario. I've been in 'nesting' mode for the better half of a month while simultaneously preparing to start the fall semester at the university. All this while battling chronic fatigue. Let's just say my days have been full.
All that being said, I'm refocused on my internet marketing goals and determined to make decent progress by the close of 2013. I have predominantly focused on my websites rather than writing articles for sources like Street Articles but I think that is where I want to shift my attention. With school opening up again you all may see less activity from me around the WA site (not as if I've really had much presence this month anyway) but I'm always checking my email and love some of the updates and posts that I've read thus far.
Maybe I haven't exactly played with procrastination these last few weeks but I certainly have not made WA a priority; but don't give up on me yet, friends--I'm a work in progress :)

Some would suggest to really stay focused on your site instead of article directories just FYI. But I don't think a few would hurt.
And if its just been a few weeks? Don't worry about it. If its been a few months, then you can tell we will be worried.

Hi, Brooke. Been thinking about you and wondering where you've been so thanks for the update. I totally understand. :) I definitely knew you'd be back soon and glad to hear that all is well. Thank you, I guess I assumed no one would think twice about a brief hiatus; knowing the opposite is true is a motivator in itself--I hope things are progressing for you!

I believe in you my neuroscience friend! Just keep it simple, write content and communicate with your visitors. While in your classes, you will be getting hits and come back to the WA and check out everything on your new WA dashboard to catch up! ^_~
