Shut it Down
The weekend is here. It has been a long week of learning and doing. I haven't been on WA very much this week because it has been so crazy. As much as I would like to hit hard this weekend and make up for lost time. I think it is important to take time out and relax and recharge.
I'm not sure what is on tap for me this weekend execpt for a nice surf and turf dinner tonight.
Take some time to shut it down for a bit even if it is just for a weekend. If you feel yourself getting burned out. Then it is defitnely time to shut it down for a bit. Try not to let things get that far.
So I am going to attempt to follow my own advice and shut it down for the weekend and recharge. Hopefully you will do the same if you are feeling the need.

The problem I have experienced with shutting it down for a weekend is that you will find excuses to shut it down more often.
That is what happened to me and I am now trying to recover from that an get my momentum back. Try not to fall into that trap.

Ahh yes I know the trap you are refering too. I have found that having a good solid morning routine makes a big difference in combating that. Being disaplined in that routine I think is key.
