Tired of being poor.
FORBIDDEN KNOWLEDGE
Do you understand why programs that tout a "system" to succeed do not work? The kind that say do what I did and you will succeed. Because success can not be duplicated. You have to define and achieve your own success.
That's why it's difficult for the leaders here to convey to us how to succeed. They can't. And it pains them that they can't. They want to but it's just not possible.
If Kyle or Carson could wave a magic wand and grant all of us a successful business. they would.
SUPER HUMAN EFFORT. FEW RESULTS.
Many successful members here enjoy helping other. They make a super human effort to help others. That's part of the reason they make money.
If you stay here long enough you will figure out the key to making money online is a genuine desire to help others, not ourselves.
The problem is that success has a different meaning for each of us. For some it is money.
Even then there are still questions. How much money? How often? For others it's recognition. Again, recognized in your group or world wide. Are you beginning to see the problem. I have the solution,
I CAN YOU GUARANTEE SUCCESS
If you take a world view and you are an average person in the free world you are in the top 4% of the richest people in the world. Do you understand that?
96% of the people in the world are worse off than you are. While we complain that our business is not as successful as we would like, some people do not have food, clothing or shelter.
IT'S PERSPECTIVE WE NEED, WE HAVE SUCCESS.
We are already successful, not by anything we have done but merely by being born in the free world.
Maybe we should stop complaining about low traffic stats, website confusion and not making money online and the unfairness of it all. You want to talk about fair?
POOR ME.
Since I was born in the free world I sit at my laptop, with my high speed internet drinking a fresh cup of coffee in my warm house, with my car parked outside. Perhaps I should take a moment and reflect on what is fair.
A brother or sister of mine, no man is an island, is squatting in a dust filled shack, trying to get enough food to keep their children alive. We can not even imagine that.
Look around, you already are successful.
Little chilly in here. I think I'll bump up the heat. Poor me.
P.S. I wish a Happy New Year to all.
My hope is that this year I can focus on what I have and not on what I want.
Barry

If I'm hungry, I can just walk into my kitchen. If my kitchen is empty I have money in the bank, and multiple grocery stores and restaurants within a 1 mile radius. Meanwhile, someone somewhere, even here in America, is struggling to feed their kids, at no fault of their own. Yes I am blessed. Blessed that I can even afford the $47 per month to be here at WA, to continue to further my blessings. Many people can't afford to be here even, and have the desire. We have to learn to live, love, appreciate, and help one another.
And never take anything in this life for granted. I'm guilty of complaining sometimes. With my new car and my nice home and my healthy kids and wife while I type on this iPhone. I will strive to be better, and appreciate all. And help.
Great blog! Some friends of mine and I were having a similar conversation only yesterday! There's a theory that in order to improve the lives of the rest of the world, we in fact need to lower our expectations and standards. For most of the western world, being born into it, puts you at an advantage. However, we constantly strive for more because there are those who still have more than us. Only by lowering our expectations, will we be able to bridge the gap between us and those who are truely in need.
Very true Barry! As a citizen of the U.S. A. also, the majority of us do have so many things we take for granted every day. Sadly, there are countless others not as fortunate in this world.
We really need to remember to be more appreciative of what we have and what truly matters such as the people we care about...they can be gone in the blink of an eye and all the money and material things won't make a difference.
The past few years have taught some hard lessons to myself, in which I've learned how much I should be thankful every day for what I do have, even if we think we don't have this or we don't have that...things can always be worse. There are people out there in much worse conditions...no food, shelter, clean water, and the list could go on.
Anyways, I agree, we should appreciate what we already have, and not be so focused on wanting more and more...and as we go through our journey in life, help others in any way we can by being helpful and kind every day.
Thanks for the reminder!
Best wishes :) ~Sherry
p.s. just had to check it out...way to go on the title, lol :)
When is the striving for more enough? It's fine to strive as we appreciate what we already have.
Perhaps even sharing what we have. I appreciate the comment.
Yes, I totally agree...it's always fine to strive for more or something better as we appreciate what we already have and being able to share it with others is what it's all about. :)
Barry, your post was humbling! I ask for forgiveness for my greed. I am extremely rich and didn't even realize, rather I had forgotten. Thank you and Happy New Year! Blessings!
